Faculties for JEE Main and Advanced Tutorial/NEET Classes are B.Tech IIT Qualified or NIT qualified or Msc. /M.Tech IIT Qualified with teaching experience of 4-6 years.As IIT /JEE & NEET Preparation requires analytical skills and very problem solving skills, it require specially IIT/NIT Qualified Faculty who can become better guide to IIT/NEET aspirants. We donot recruit simple Bsc/Msc Math /Physics /Chem from any other Universities as faculties unless they have Phd with teaching exp in JEE/NEET. It creates Environment, motivation, determination and Confidence.

Why our Faculties are only B.tech IIT/NIT for PCM:

IITian Faculties can understand student's preparations very well. He convert average student into confident and determined student by sharing successfully stories of his own & his friends. We recruit only those IITians who are not only teachers, but also are very friendly and cordially teach and help them in problem solving. Students get help from good IIT qualified teachers who will motivate and diagnose their issues in studies, instill confidence till end of IIT/JEE & NEET Entrance Examination. Our faculties are very informal make student easy feeling & sharing difficulties in their studies so that faculties can take appropriate measures to solve issues.
